I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, but the room could use a bit more attention to detail. A few more charging points would be nice, but the vibe was warm and welcoming.

Marvellous and perfect location for our visit to a kid-friendly museum a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Found in a beautiful part of the town...

review: The location is superb for those wanting easy access to Newcastle's highlights. Enjoyed a varied breakfast and the generous towels were a pleasant touch. Staff were welcoming and attentive. A downside was the parking fee; A few upgrades would elevate the experience further. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-06-15}

Exceptionally comfortable place, it has superfriendly staff at night shift. The location is marvellous, a train station is close to the venue. And it's close to bars and restaurants. You can relax in bars and restaurants nearby.

the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a lovely view. the bathroom, although compact, was functional, and i felt well taken care of during my five days there. the location was convenient, and the staff, especially at check-in, were friendly and helpful. the bar and restaurant area had a nice vibe, making it easy to unwind after a long day of work.
Parking fees, noisy mornings, and poor breakfast quality. 😕.

Location: the hotel was so close to the pubs, Newcastle and the ibis, and close to the train station. Property's breakfast was surprisingly good with a gluten free option and fresh cappuccinos, for instance and could satisfy any taste.

The bathroom reeked, making it unbearable to relax or sleep. Plus, we had to deal with broken furniture and zero staff support. Total waste of money!
